Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) : 1000 IU 
Fish Oil : 875 mg (from whole parts of anchovy, mackerel, and/or sardine) providing:
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) : 151 mg
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) : 96 mg
