Folic acid helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy, helps the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients, helps to form red blood cells and helps prevent folate deficiency.

Ferrous Fumarate : 300 mg
Equivalent to Elemental Iron : 100 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) : 200 mg  
Folic Acid : 0.5 mg
